ABOUT LAURA

Hailing from Boston MA, Laura Eichel has been practicing interior design in the California Bay Area for over 25 years, having honed her skills at several highly-regarded design firms. Her well-rounded design experience includes work on a range of residential, hospitality, senior housing, and commercial projects. She earned her degree in Interior Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. A longtime resident of the East Bay, Laura is proud to host her design business in a vibrant community that places high value on creativity, innovation, and quality craftsmanship.

Laura Eichel Interiors delights in providing fabulous-but-functional spaces for their clients--a diverse and discerning group. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone create a home or environment that they love. We work with clients to achieve this in a variety of ways that suit schedule and lifestyle, taking into consideration a range of budgets and aesthetics. Some projects simply need a facelift: new paint colors, light fixtures, or furnishings that bring a space to life. Other projects require a complete remodel from the ground up, including construction drawings, permits, project management (and yes, lots of handholding!) All are within the scope of our services. In the end it's about teaching others the value of good design and making it accessible to all.
